The hot tub faces the forest for a private experience. In the summer guests can easily walk to the Tahoe Rim Trail. *This cabin is only 1150 square feet so even though it can accommodate 7 people, it is much better suited for 3 or more of those to be children. **Please note this Lake Tahoe cabin has a pretty steep driveway. When the driveway has snow on it you may need to park at the bottom of the driveway. Of course this depends on your car, snow driving experience, and driveway conditions. There are also a decent amount of steep stairs (around 20) from the parking pad to the cabin so it not a fit for someone with physical limitations. The good news is when you are in the cabin there is a high level of seclusion and sun exposure. *For larger groups including family reunions and weddings, this luxury vacation rental cabin is close to the Pfeiffer Dog Friendly Vacation Rental. The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. No other pets are allowed. There are no additional fees associated. NO AC: There is no air conditioning available at this property. The majority of homes in our mountain climate do not have AC as it is rarely necessary. Fans are provided in bedroom closets or available upon request. SEASONAL: Patio furniture and BBQ grills are not available 10/15-5/15 as they are stored for the winter season due to snow. FOR THE COOK: The property has pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and cookware, but it does not include spices and oils, because these can attract bears when the property is sitting vacant.  In turn, we kindly request that guests bring any personal cooking oils, spices, and condiments you may require. HOT TUB: The hot tub is serviced between each guest visit. Please do not use the spa after 9:00pm or before 8:00am because you may be subject up to a $1000 fine from the new Placer County vacation rental ordinance. Noise carries more than most guests expect and there are primary resident neighbors who need to work in the morning. Neglectful treatment of the hot tub by the guest and may result in an extra charge. All guests must shower before entering the hot tub. Please follow the rules for safety and to avoid an extra charge for servicing.
