There are not 5 separate beds; there are only 3 separate beds in the 2 closed bedrooms, so there is a queen-size bed in the large bedroom for 2, 1 futon for 2 (double bed), a mezzanine in the same room for 1, and a futon that folds out in the living room for a child. See the pictures before booking to make sure the number of beds is really suitable for 5 adults. No visitors other than the guests who have booked are allowed on the premises. Class 3 vehicles, trailers and recreational vehicles in residential area are prohibited by our municipal regulations on the street. There is no space in our private parking unfortunately. Hypoallergenic dogs that don't only lose their hair, poodle type, Yorkshire... The entrance to access the basement is through the common main entrance, you go through our family lounge to access the basement. Your quiet /spacious space is in the basement, we upstairs for your utmost privacy. 2 Closed Bedrooms Dehumidifiers /air conditioning. Windows in all spaces. Kitchen table for 4 at your disposal, microwave, (fridge space on request), plates, basic utensils, all in the basement. TVs /cable in your respective rooms in addition to the family room. Request Wifi code Primary bedroom, brand new quality firm mattress, made in Quebec, new bedding and linens 1800 hotel grade yarns. Small Bedroom Two double beds, so a mezzanine and a futon that opens new. Both are very comfortable. There's even a small sink in this bedroom. Private bathroom, (use only by you), go there exclusively to do the washing discreetly and at the appropriate time. One set of cozy towels per person per hotel quality stay are offered free of charge. It is possible to replace them on demand with a surplus of $5 per set. We are known for the impeccable and meticulous cleanliness of the places offered. Even the TV controllers and doorknobs are disinfected between each stay. We wash not only your sheets and towels, but in addition, have regularly washed the bedspreads, otherwise the bedspreads are disinfected with a very effective natural product with melaleuca oil base. Your towels and sheets are automatically changed to a 7-day week stay at no cost. Change of additional sheets, or request for additional sheets on request, $10 per bed. Bathrobes rental available on request $5 per person, we have two, one size, man and woman. EXPRESS CLEANING service on request during your stay (make the beds, take out the garbage, put back in order a can everywhere as it was originally found including washing the shower and toilet). $25.
