Each rental is deep cleaned, disinfected and sanitized prior to arrival with special attention given to high-touch surfaces. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo. Other things to note Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Concierge: Peachtree Towers is a residential building, and the residents are quiet, but if a neighbor does make too much noise please call 404-524-4423, and the concierge staff will respond and address the issue. Please try to avoid making noise after 8pm. Trash chutes are located at the end of each hallway.
