The house is located on the hillside as part of a complex with more apartments, this house is in the first line - highest of all other houses and in the corner, so the uniqueness of this house is the amazing view! in the corner of the highest line, you will have more privacy comparing to other houses, there is also a nice garden and most importantly - is it the closest to the parking lot (10 seconds walk)! So no need to go too far, and also- no need to use the elevator. This apartment is unique because it is the ONLY apartment on the block that has one HUGE balcony out of total of 3 balconies and a yard. In the apartment you will find: three bedrooms (in each one there is a double bed) and a living room (with pull-out bed). Full equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, WiFi, new air conditioners in each room, two TVs , there is also a washing machine. The apartment is big so there is plenty of room for a lot of guests and big families (up to 12 guests). Though the apartment is big, it can be very intimate and comfortable for couples also. The atmosphere is just incredible The apartment is very close to the parking lot (10 meters) so you will not have to carry heavy luggage long distances if you come with a car or a cab. The location is PERFECT - besides the fact that you will have the best view in Tiberias... you will also be very close to the city center, the ancient city, the boardwalk, the open market, the restaurants and all the stores for shopping :) It will take you 5-10 minutes by car, and you can even get there by walking. It is like a "base camp" for those who travel the north part of Israel. Around the sea of Galilee you can do: Water sports and recreation, go to hot springs (MUST), visit Korazim National Park, visit the Yigal Alon Center, a.k.a. “The Jesus Boat Museum”, visit the Daliyot Stream (Majraseh) Reserve and many many more...
