Oak Mountain Cabin | Pool & Hot Tub!!

Tucked away in the Ozark Mountains, is your cozy home away from home. Oak Mountain Cabin is warm and inviting, located just north of the Buffalo National River. If you're looking to get away and explore the Ozarks, then it can't get much better than this! Pool & Hot tub are private! The space *Pool and Hot tub are open March 1st to November 1st and closed during the winter months. POOL & HOT TUB CLOSED: November, December, January, & February POOL & HOT TUB OPEN: March, April, May, June, July, August, September, & October Oak Mountain Cabin is a SEMI -secluded 1000 square foot space, perfect for a family on vacation or a romantic getaway. Located only 4 miles away from the beautiful Buffalo River, 10 miles from Jasper, and 8 miles from Harrison. This space can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. There is a queen bed in the loft, pull-out couch with a full mattress, built in twin bed, and a cot. There is a full kitchen including a refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. The kitchen has everything you may need - plates, cups, mugs, wine glasses, silverware, cook ware, and utensils. There is also a dining table that seats four and a charcoal grill on the large front deck. After your exciting day of exploring the Ozarks, you can look forward to the large swimming pool and spa. Pool and hot tub are closed during the Winter (Late October/November - February) but will open in March each year. The fireplace makes its easy to cozy up with a glass of wine and fully relax. If you're on a motorcycle, you'll enjoy the garage under the cabin to get your ride out of the weather. The Ozarks are well known for the amazing views, hiking, rock climbing, canoeing/kayaking, and of course, cruising the winding roads on motorcycles. We have many guide books in the cabin that you can borrow, including hiking trails, beautiful waterfalls, and the latest rock climbing guide book. Also worth mentioning, our cabin is pet friendly(with a $35 pet fee)! We love our two dogs and consider them family. Because of that, we wanted our place to allow pets. Affording our guests to travel with their pets. All we ask is that your pet is house trained and you keep them off the furniture. It is also a good idea to bring a kennel if you plan to leave them at the cabin. We charge a $35 pet fee for our cleaners. We try our best to keep the pool and hot tub open as long as possible, depending on the weather. Opening them in March and both will be closed in late October! ++++Our home is on the other side of the pool but we are hardly ever home and we are great neighbors! The pool is completely private and will only be used by guests during their stay! ++++ Note: Please DO NOT heat the pool. It requires using all 250 gallons of propane to heat 10,000 gallons and there will be a $300 charge to refill the propane tank. Guest access After booking you will receive an email with everything you need to know, including door codes. Check-out is no later than 10am and check-in is after 2pm. Other things to note To be clear the pool and hot tub are open March 1st to November 1st and closed through the winter. Harrison is located 8 miles north and has plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and many rainy day activities. "Wow Liquor" is only 1 mile North with a wide range of beer, wine, and liquor. Daisy Queen is also only 1 mile away and has amazing burgers and milkshakes! Just south of the cabin is Mystic Caverns, with two privately owned caves and guided tours. 4 miles South is the Pruitt access to the Buffalo River, and 10 miles south is Jasper.
