Footprints House- Serene House with Beach Access

Footprints House is located on a shared property on the beach side in the heart of Diani. The pristine white beach is only a 2 minute walk away through a private pathway shared between 5 houses. The pool is also shared. We have cats and dogs in the house. The kitchen is not available for guests to use. A chef can be arranged at a daily rate of KES 3000 per day to be paid directly to the chef. AC work on a timer form 9pm-6am Water & Elec included The space This is a lovely, modern 6 bedroom house with a lot space inside and out. There are 2 private ensuite double rooms, 1 family room with a ensuite bathroom which can fit up to 4 people and another family room that can fit up to 4people and this room is ensuite The hosts reside on the 2nd floor in the house and are able to assist and interact with you if you wish, but the house is big and quiet and will allow you to have plenty of space to yourself. We have both dogs and cats, all of which are very friendly. Due to this, our house is not suitable for people with animal allergies. The house is located on a shared compound with a lot of outdoor space. We have several nice seating areas in the garden. It leads straight to a shared pool and it takes you 2 minutes from the house to the beach via the private pathway through the property. The price is included of electricity and water. Outside guests and parties are not allowed at the property. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the living room, dining area, TV room, pool area, pool shower and beach access. Smoking is not permitted inside the bedrooms, only in the common areas. Other things to note We can organize massages on request. A chef can be arranged in advance for a fee of 1500 per day, Guest do not have access to the kitchen We offer laundry services at a fee. We have WIFI and hot water (Solar) in the house, but due to the Kenyan infrastructure, the entire area of Diani may sometimes experience electricity outage or water shortage. If this happens, we strive to make the experience as smooth as possible for our guests. We have battery operated lamps which are handed out during power cuts. Luckily, these issues are usually resolved fairly quickly.
