independent studio in a local's home

In a quiet area south of the city and close to transport and shops, I rent this small furnished studio, open to the garden on the ground floor of my house. It is equipped for one person and has a kitchenette and bathroom. It is available for a long-term stay during the academic year, and for short and medium stays during the summer. The space The house has recently undergone a green energy renovation, the facades are well insulated and embellished. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, close to all shops and transport. Free street parking, but few spaces. But on foot (or by bike), you can easily get to the city center, the train station, the Richter faculties... The studio is 16 m² and is equipped for a single person (bed 90 cm), possibly with a child (crib on request). It has an independent entrance and overlooks the street-side garden. During your stay Welcome, provision of documentation on the city and the region, advice, share some moments of conviviality, possibly a meal together. Other things to note In July and August, a local bus picks you up 300 m from here and takes you in 10 minutes to Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone, from where you can rent a bike (included in the price of the bus) to reach the sea. I would add that not far from here a bike path follows the river (Lez) and leads in 10 km to the beaches of Palavas.
