Room-Room's in Family house near the Old town Bar

We are offering you a rooms in the house of 110 m2 where you can have a pleasant stay during the whole year. The house can accommodate up to 6 adult people in three rooms and living room. Please spare a couple minutes to take a look at the detailed description on this page.Minimum stay is 3 nights,in July and August 2 or more guests are required for booking this listing and minimum is 5 days booking. The space Up to 6+ adult people in three rooms (one with a double bed, two rooms with single beds and a couch in the living room which can be set up for two people). The house with a lot of light and beautiful art pictures on the walls also offers a full kitchen and dining room, 3 balconies, air condition and WI-FI. You can book all house or a room in it. Guest access 150 meters from the house is a bus stop and bakery and the house is centrally located in a quiet place of Bar,Old Town of Bar is a couple minute's drive from your accommodation, and the sea is also 3-4 minute's drive from the house. During your stay I will be available whenever needed,because I live on the floor below. Other things to note There's an additional guest fee for each guest after the first guest, per night. You will automatically be charged €10, however, this fee is based on the dates you book and may be up to 13 euro. Price for additional guest is same as for first guest.Of course,for longer staying or for 3-4 and more guests,you will get a discount from me.Minimum stay is 3 night's or more.
