Ground floor room in a welcoming neighborhood in majestic Seattle! The room is located in the crux of many of the best amenities that the city has to offer! Easy walk to fabulous shops and restaurants on 45th Street and multiple parks. Straight shot off I-5 and drive to downtown in 10 minutes. Doorstep bus line to Downtown in 30 minutes, and to the University of Washington in 15 minutes. A clean house in Wallingford in Seattle. The city center of Seattle and many tourist attractions can be reached by driving for about 10 minutes. The space Your room is in the ground floor of a two story building. You are sharing the floor with 2 other bedrooms. Shared bathroom is cleaned frequently. Entrance is in the rear of the building with no stairs. Guest access - Self check-in via keypad is in the rear of the building, no stairs - Along with your bedroom, you’ll have access to the whole ground floor minus other bedrooms, the bathroom (shared with other guests), kitchen and living room - Check-in time anytime after 4PM (flexible) During your stay I live in the upper unit of the building. I'll always be mindful of your privacy, but I will be available if you are in need of anything. I’m usually down for a friendly chat, especially if you want to know more about the area and want to maximize the experience of your visit. Occasionally, I might have something in a crock pot, which will be left in the kitchen for you to help yourself. Other things to note Lighting: To be frank, don't expect much natural lighting in your room. The window to the outside is located right under the upstairs deck, so very little sunlight will get into your room. I have provided, what should be, abundant overhead and indirect electrical lighting which should be sufficient for most people. Please do not book if this is a deal breaker. Noise: The room is on the ground floor of a two story duplex, and as such, you will hear the occasional footstep. With those that are sensitive to such noise, also please consider before booking.
