Great and spacious four bedrooms apartment beautifully decorated with huge terrace in a XVI century building. The space THE SPACE The 160 sqm first floor apartment has a lot of natural light. All the rooms are elegantly decorated, there’s wooden furnitures and ceilings with exposed beams. All three double bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and this makes the apartment even more comfortable. There is a fourth bedroom which is actually a living room with a door and double sofa bed. If you don’t use it as a bedroom it’s a perfect studio where one can relax in privacy. The huge terrace is very nice and has a very beautiful view. The windows of the 1st double bedroom, the living room and the double sofa room overlook the lively Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, while the kitchen and the 2nd bedroom face the terrace from which, just behind the trees, you can see the Venice lagoon of Bacino of San Marco. KITCHEN The kitchen is new, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, with everything you need: 4 gas hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American kettle and washing machine. There is a door leading to the terrace and two windows. BATHROOMS The three comfortable bathrooms are all ensuite, with walk-in showers and windows. Before each bathroom there is a foyer with wardrobes. BEDROOMS The three double bedrooms are in a classic style, spacious and beautifully decorated, with ensuite bathrooms. All have very big shower (that it is quite hard to find in Venice). The 2nd double bedroom have a door window (French window) leading to the terrace. The double sofa bedroom have a little dressing room. All the bedrooms have windows INTERNET Wifi is free and fast. The modem is in the living room.
