House by the sea in Brittany

The space Our house is located 80 meters from a great family beach and 2.5 km from the village and shops (pizzeria, supermarket, bar, post office, bank, bakery, florist, newspapers, tourist office, tennis courts, skate park, etc.) Access to the beach is on foot in 2 minutes, there is a car park and a road to cross. The house is south facing with large windows and a wooden deck. The sea view is breathtaking with beautiful sunsets. Ground floor there are a large modern kitchen, 1 dining room with large table, 1 living room with fireplace insert, 1 game room (filled with games for children from 2 to 6 years) with extra bed for 2 persons and TV, 1 bathroom (shower) with washing machine and 1 toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms for children (2 single beds and bunk beds), bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 with 1 large skylight which overlooks the sea, 1 large bathroom (shower + bath) and 1 WC. We offer WIFi internet connection. The house also has one large basement where you will find kayaks to go for a walk along the coast, life jackets, wood for the fireplace, barbecue, beach toys for children. We also have a garage with a pan climbing. We provide the productions of our small garden: fruits and vegetables. In the garden, a slide and a hut delight the little ones. Our direct neighbors are a retired couple very nice.
