An ideal getaway, nestled in an over 3-acre organic farm, overlooking rice fields and surrounded by forest. Independent, open and airy, you have exclusive access to C house, which is tucked inside a mango orchard with the inside and outside seamlessly merging into each other. Lounge on comfy cushions under a canopy of mango trees, get lulled by birdsong or walk in the garden. Kashid's famous white sand beach, is less than a five minute drive or a 15 minute walk away. The space You will have exclusive access to the entire house which is divided into two separate blocks. The dinning section, open on three sides and attached to a large spacious kitchen is a perfect setting for leisurely meals. An outdoor shower, taps and toilet helps to get the sand off from the beach before entering the main house. Nestled in between gnarled, old mango trees the upstairs is divided into a bedroom and a large lounge area with two separate decks. Walk down the stone steps and there are two more bedrooms on either side with picture windows overlooking a vista of forest and paddy fields. Guest access This is a ideal place to just hang out and relax but for the more adventurous our caretaker Vilas can arrange nature walks and treks in the Phansand game reserve, adjoining the property. Our local masseur Sailesh comes highly recommend but is a very busy man so please book early, again through Vilas, to avoid disappointment Other things to note We've deliberately decided to stay away from television but for those of you who cannot take a break from the internet we do have WiFi. However, please be patient this is a rural setting and there can be occasional breaks in connectivity. Also some phone networks can be patchy. Vodafone, BSNL and Tata Docomo have reasonably good reception and Jio has recently started too but Airtel has no connectivity .....as I like to say, we have less network here to help you make stronger connections!
