Coach house Wicker Park- Bucktown

Coach house living is a unique Chicago experience that plants you right in the heart of a vibrant and lively city neighborhood. We are right across from a park and minutes away from shops, restaurants, cafes and the Blue Line train. The space A coach house right in the heart of Wicker Park - Bucktown. Our garden apartment is a comfortable space on the lower level. It accommodates 2 people with a queen bed and bathroom with shower. There is a small fridge, microwave, kuerig coffee maker and kettle. Private entrance and outdoor sitting space. FYI - There is no tv in the unit and ‘ heads up ‘ one small area of ceiling is lower with a vent For anyone over 6ft it is fine but with caution. Guest have access to the lower level of the house There is a small yard space for relaxing and lounging. Enjoy local restaurants, cafe's, parks, shops and nightlife all within steps from the home. Street parking and five minute walk to Blue line gives you easy access to O'hare and downtown. We are a 5 min walk to the blue line which takes up downtown in less than 15 min and to O'hare in 35 min Our place is also less than a 10 min drive to access the 90/94. Parking is free on the street. Guest access Guest have access to the lower level of the house There is a small area in the front for sitting. Other things to note We are a Canadian couple who has lived around the world. Chicago was our home for eleven years and we recently moved back to Canada We have two young girls and our awesome dog Chester. Our property is a double lot on the park that provides a warm and welcoming dwelling in the city. The coach house is a shared home with full time tenants living above the air bnb unit.
