We are centrally located for both the north and south coasts with stunning beaches only a 10-15 minute drive away including Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth and Crantock. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project are both within 15 miles. Transport links include , Newquay Airport 5 miles, A30 2 miles and St Columb Road Station 1mile The space Set within the grounds of our home 'Trevarren Hey' The Heyloft is a modern two bedroomed property with an open plan living area which includes a cosy log burner for those chilly evenings or cold winter days. Bedroom one has a king size bed, bedroom two has twin beds. Both rooms have built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Bedroom two can also be made up to form a superking on request. A travel cot can be provided on request for an Infant. Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances which includes a dishwasher. Downstairs in the entrance hall there is a cloakroom area for coats and footwear, seating area with tub chair and utility areas in cupboards under the stairs with a washing machine and freezer. Steps from the kitchen lead to an enclosed lawned garden, patio area with seating and built in BBQ. There is also and outside area to hang wetsuits and a tap to wash items off if needed. Storage for pushbikes is also available if needed Other things to note Parking is available next to the property. The Heyloft accomodates up to a maximum of four people plus one infant only. Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only and we ask that you do not allow them in the bedrooms or leave them unattended for any length of time. Although we have a no smoking policy within The Heyloft we do allow smoking outside but please use the bins provided .
