Our spacious penthouse is just at the north of Manila's University Belt; a few hundred meters to the PNR (railway); LRT (light train) stations; and the PUJ stops going to downtown Manila are right across the place. It is of walking distance from the following places: - SM San Lazaro Mall - Winford Casino & Hotel - Dangwa (Manila) Flower Market Short jeepney ride to the following: - Quiapo, Sta. Cruz and Divisoria districts - Hospitals People from all backgrounds are welcome. The space The floor area is 45 sqm. We don't have an elevator, but there are stairs going up the 4th floor of the building. Other things to note There is a nearby convenience store, laundry and water station nearby. There are various cooked food "carinderia" style around the area.
