The apartment is in the city center of Brasov. The place is located in the pedestrian area (300m from the Black Church and 250m from the Old Town Hall). We unfortunately can't assure parking spaces - they are all public. But the bus stop and taxi station are 50 m away. You’ll love my place because of the fresh and traditional design, comfy bed, the kitchen, most things you'll need are in your studio or at furthest right around the corner. My place is good for couples and business travelers. The space The apartment is part of a big house which has a courtyard where You can enjoy smoking and a view to our mountain Tampa. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet paper, soap, towels, hair dryer. The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, stove, microwave, fridge, cutlery, pots, plates, detergent etc. The living room has a couch and extra seating with a large smart TV. The bedroom has a TV, chest of drawers, night stands and lights, a small vanity which you can also use as a working desk, a comfy chair and Wi-fi anywhere within the house. Guest access You can have limited access to the washer - this is charged extra. Other things to note As You may know You are being part of a rehabilitation project - so Your money will be reinvested in the renovation of the building. This project started in December 2010. There is everyday at 3 pm from the main square a free walking city tour which lasts around 2 hours long. I deeply recommend it!
