The space The first room has a double bed 180 cm by 190 cm (can be used as two single beds 90 cm by 190 cm), as well as a double folding sofa (Eurotacht with a transforming mechanism by moving the couch forward and putting the sofa back on the free space). It turns out to be a very comfortable and wide bed, which is indistinguishable from a standard double bed. In the second room-living room there is a soft sofa corner with a side pouf and a total bed size of 180 cm by 210 cm. The apartment has a vacuum cleaner, automatic washing machine, iron with ironing board, hot water boiler, spacious bathtub, shower, waterfall fountain on the terrace. A multicooker, blender, electric kettle, stove, microwave, fridge, set of dining and kitchen utensils. The apartments is at 5 floor. In the entrance there is an elevator, 24 hour security and concierge, driveways for baby strollers. Guest access The apartments are fully accessible to guests, including 2 rooms, a veranda, bathroom, hallway. Other things to note The apartment is 100 meters from the central sandy beach of Pomorie, practically on the first line from the sea, where the promenade with lots of cafes and shops along the coast passes. At the same time, the city center of Pomorie is only 5 minutes on foot. In the center there is an amusement park and an outdoor stage where various artists and singers often perform. The special feature of Pomorie is that it is located on a 4 km long peninsula. Being on the large veranda of our apartments on the 5th floor you can see the Black Sea both on the right and left. There is no need to rent a car, as everything is within a walking distance. Exiting the house, in 100 meters towards the center, you can go to the city market with vegetables, fruits and berries. There is also a ring bus stop nearby, which run both along city routes and to any city in Bulgaria. The new Sunset Water Park, built in Pomorie in 2016, is a 5-minute bus ride. Also 200 to 300 meters from the house there is a large Mega supermarket, followed by Zaharo confectionery. Also nearby is a good restaurant Central Plaza and many other café shops. Cosmetic repairs were made in the apartment in 2018.
