A beautiful late Victorian house, built in 1906 with comfortable luxury king size bed room only. With all the comforts you would expect. You wont need a car as there are busses, trains & a taxi rank within walking distance. The space Please note; I offer a pet friendly home so bring your furry friend along. Lots of places to visit on long walks, a pet grooming salon and vets across the road and dogs travel free on all busses.There's a choice of two beautiful large bedrooms, one containing a King size bed the other is remote opperated. The bathroom has a beautiful Victorian role topped bath that has the facility for rinsing hair only, unfortunately no shower. There is also the use of a cosy relaxing sitting room with TV and the kitchen/dinner is available for you to cook your own food if you so wish. Guest access The only areas 'out of bounds' to guests are owner's bedroom . A key will be provided in a key safe outside the property to allow entry at the guests convenience. The safe number will be given if you wish to use it. During your stay At the beginning of your stay you will be greeted in a friendly manner, shown around the accommodation and given the door key. If you require any information this would be the opportune moment to ask as many questions as you wish. You are more than welcome to join me in the lounge to watch TV and relax if you so wish. Other things to note I do not provide breakfast as this helps to keep your costs down; however; you are more than welcome to help yourself to tea, coffee and sugar, milk is in the fridge, cups are left out on the work top for your use. If you wish to bring your own food please feel free to use my facilities. (After use can you please leave the kitchen as you find it). there is also WiFi available at your request.
