Our House Suite is in our home, yet separate from us. *It is safe. *Private entrance, living room, dining area, bathroom & bedroom *Located in the peaceful residential neighborhood of Mt Washington *Equipped with refrig, freezer, micro & coffee maker *Sinai Hospital 3 min drive *Pimlico Race Course 10 minute walk(.7 mile) *Convention Center, Harborplace, Aquarium, The Gallery, Harbor East, M&T Bank Stadium, Oriole Park and hundreds of magnificent restaurants & shops downtown,15 min drive The space SAFEY is very important to us. Our home is safe. Our House Suite is soothing and peaceful indoors and out. Equipped with seating in the lanai, a hammock just outside of the lanai and a pot-belly fireplace for total relaxation. However, we live on a street that can be a bit noisy during rush hour. Guest access Guests may use the private parking pad at Our House Suite entrance specifically assigned for guests’ one or two vehicles. Please do not park in the driveway near the front door. You will be asked to move your car upon our return . Also, there is a code for the lock which will be given upon arrival. Other things to note ~4 Guests Max ~This is our private home, not an event hall. ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS, PARTIES, SOCIAL GATHERINGS, etc. Respect. ~There is no kitchen in the suite. ~Absolutely No Smoking in the house. ~From the parking pad, there are 7 steps to arrive at Our House Suite entrance. ~Our home is near a busy street during rush hour.
