You are in the very heart of the city with magnificent views of the most famous street in La Rochelle for its cobblestones brought from Canada, of the Lantern tower and the Saint-Nicolas tower. The space The apartment has two floors : 2nd floor with a large entrance under a canopy with sofas and a table. 3rd floor with the single storey apartment: *Living room, dining room with TV and unlimited internet * Equipped American kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob...). *Two bedrooms, one with air conditioning (one with 2 90 cm beds convertible into a double bed and one with 1 140 cm bed) * Sofa bed with a real mattress in the living room. *Bathroom with shower and washing machine. *Separate WC.
