Among the verdant greenery of the Mazovian region, 37 kilometers from Warsaw, in the scenic Żabia Wola, there is a modern house, filled with sunshine and good vibes. It is a warm and welcoming place of serenity and nature. With its large windows, spacious terrace and open-space plan, the house invites long conversations by the campfire or fireplace. This is a truly idyllic location, meant for friends or families, groups or pairs. The space An entirely private place, always permeating with energy. Since our friends and families have always loved it, we decided to share our home with others. Our house is situated on a large, almost 2 hectare, parcel, ensuring some distance from the neighboring properties. The parcel is not fenced. The total area of the house is 105 m², including open-space bedroom with 3 beds, a kitchen, a bathroom, an open-space living with big dining table, and a spacial 75 m2 terrace. Guest access Except for one private wardrobe, our guests have unrestricted access to all the rooms and amenities the house has to offer. Other things to note The guests have access to all the amenities, including the essentials (bed sheets, towels, toiletries, and toilet paper). The price includes cleaning and changing the linen (once a week for extended stays). The entrance to our spectacular bedroom is the so-called “attic ladder.” It is, therefore, not suitable for children. The access to the ladder can be eliminated: it can be either partially lifted or completely closed. However, guests with small or young children should be aware of this limitation. We don't have TV set, however AV projector is available (if needed).
