The electricity cost included in the price is up to 100 euros per month. This has only been exceeded for two months in the four years that the apartment has been rented, due to leaving the A/C on all day. With responsible use, you won't have to pay any extra costs. I live with my girlfriend on the second floor of the building and I am always available for anything you might need.
