We have planted up one side of the caravan with shrubs for your privacy, but sometimes you will be sharing the field with others. The Pot bellystove is really for use in Winter but you are welcome to use it on a cool evening. It will be laid ready to light, and there are some small pieces of wood for your first fire. To light have draught open at bottom, as it get going close draught down. Please do not overload the small stove, it gives out heat quite quickly. There is a fire extinguisher and also a smoke alarm, but please make sure nothing is within the separated area of the stove which could be a fire hazard. Thank you. Please collect your own firewood if you want a fire, or buy your own small sized logs. The firepit on the moor is communal + we encourage acoustic singing and music but we don't allow electric music as it may disturb other guests staying here. And after 10.30pm we ask everyone to be quiet as people come here for the peace. We do ask all our guests to bring indoor and outdoor footwear please - the caravan is a shoes off area - as being in a small field it can get muddy at times. The washing up facilities are fine for cups of tea and toast etc. The caravan drain is only narrow so we ask you to wash up in the shower room please, where there is another sink or outside (there is an outside tap) please if you are washing up from hearty meals! Thank you! The caravan is old and so is imperfect, not a modern affair, so please only book if you are happy with that. It is a very cheap holiday! Please also note. The caravan sleeps 2 adults and 2 children up to about 8 years of age, the double bed is spacious but the bunk beds are narrow and only 5' 8'' long so not suited to adults or older children. It is a shared area. The caravan no longer has a key, it is a very safe here, and you can lock the door inside at night, but should you be concerned please leave valuables in your car. Most of the quirky places here have no key. If you prefer you can book Trallwyn Bach Cottage studio, or the Mountain view Lodge which have a Yale lock and a key. One small well behaved dog is welcome to stay in the Caravan. We have the usual pet rules
