There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each room, plus there is a sofa bed in a hall. The living room as well as the rest of the house is very inviting and there is free internet, TV with Swedish, German and Danish channels, fireplace and a nice seating area. The kitchen offers everything you may need, including a dishwasher. You live in a quiet and beautiful area, so I hope that youth gangs and people who are looking to party choose another home. The plot is 500 m2 and has a wooden deck in the south-facing lounge area, dining table and barbecue. You have 100 meters to the playground for the smallest children, 50 meters to the bus stop, 1 km to the central station (by train to e.g. Malmö/Copenhagen) 600 meters to the marina, restaurants and fish smokehouse. The sandy beach is also 600 meters away and the central pedestrian street is an 800-meter walk. If you want to go on an excursion, you have 2.7 km to Ystad's Saltsjöbad, 7.5 km to Ystad's Golf Club and of course you should not miss Kåseberga and Ale's stones which are 17 km from your beautiful villa.
