This artsy studio is the perfect place to stay during your visit to Lagos. Super cosy but has all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable! The apartment is perfect for solo traveler but can accommodate 2 guests. It is located in a secure gated estate in Lekki Phase 1. The central location makes it very easy to get around. By car it is only 4 min to Admiralty way where you can enjoy a lot of different restaurants, lounges and bars. The space This lovely studio can accommodate 1-2 guests. Although it is small (18 sq. meters total), it is very cosy and has all amenities you need to make your stay comfortable: ✓ Double bed ✓ Small open wardrobe ✓ 42 inch TV + premium DSTV subscription ✓ WiFi ✓ Private bathroom with water heater. ✓ Airconditioner The kitchenette has all the supplies to prepare a quick meal: ✓ Fridge (mini-bar style) ✓ Stove (2 burners) ✓Microwave ✓ Kitchen utensils, pots, tableware etc. The studio is located on the ground floor of the main building. You enter the studio through a private entrance at the back of the building. There is another short let accommodation opposite the studio. ELECTRICTY: There is 24/7 power supply supported by solar panels. This means that if there is no general power supply form the utility company the sockets, lights, fridge/freezer, microwave, fan and TV will still work! If there is general power supply you can also use the air-conditioner and tools with heating elements. There is guaranteed general power supply from 7pm to 7am (estate generator) so you can always spend your evenings and nights in a comfortable temperature. PARKING: You can easily park your car in the designated parking area in the estate. From there it is a 30 sec walk to the studio. Please note that if you park your car overnight anywhere else in the estate this can result in a wheel clamp.
