The Protea Suite is a neat, secure and safe place to spend a few days. The unit is self catering. It is only serviced one a week by us. There are many great places to eat and drink in the vicinity. There are no cooking facilities inside the unit. We do provide a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishes. There is a huge upmarket shopping mall within 1km, besides many top restaurants and more shops in the area. The space Protea Suite is a great stopover for a couple of days or even longer. The unit is well laid out and offers all the basics and more for a great stay. The bedroom is a fair size with space for everything. The bathroom is very practical and modern. There is a great outside area to relax securely and peacefully. It is sheltered and sunny. The parking area is just down the stairs. Guest access The guests have access to the suite with the bedroom and the bathroom. They are also welcome to use the outside the suite space to relax and enjoy. The driveway below is exclusively for the guests vehicles. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the suite. Guests are allowed to smoke outside. It is important to use ashtrays provided as there is a risk of fire with the artificial grass outside. Next to the garage there is a white wooden gate where the large dustbins are located should you want to dispose of anything larger. I have installed a small key safe marked Protea Suite on top of the stairs. When guests arrive whilst I am not available or the guests arrive at strange times I will send a secret code for the safe. This will enable the guests the book themselves in. On booking out the keys can just be dropped into the slot of the key drop box on the way out. Parking of vehicles should be made in such a way to ensure maximum space is left for other vehicles.
