The cottages are totally unique in that their location is completely private. Down a drive from the pretty village of Hemingby surrounded by grazing cattle. With far reaching views over the fields and the Bain Valley you'll enjoy the wildlife and ever-changing expansive sky-scapes that Lincolnshire is famous for. North and South cottage have been tastefully and thoughtfully renovated to create beautiful, light, airy and spacious open plan living, with an inter-connecting door in the kitchen area. The Shamba is a converted barn only 20 metres away and provide further accommodation for 4 people to sleep, with extensive living and dining facilities as well as an abundance of outdoor space, lawns and patios furnished with outdoor furniture and heaters for your own private use. Our latest conversion is The Hayloft which is our luxury 2 storey barn that can sleep up to 6 people in three very high quality ensuite bedrooms. The Hayloft has been carefully designed with group bookings in mind and if you book all of our accommodation for a friend's or family get together then you will dine together in The Hayloft where we have a dining table that can seat up to 20 guests. The large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area is perfect for small and large groups alike. Log burning fires will keep you cosy in the winter and the garden rooms offer space from which to keep an eye on the wildlife! There are multiple patio spaces and plenty of parking for you too. Guests enjoy home-from-home comfort, as well as perfect privacy. They have an abundance of open space around them, not to mention a tennis court, yet are within easy reach of fascinating places, activities and attractions. Guest access You will be able to use all of the area - nobody else will bother you and there is a tennis court for your own use too. The tennis court is private and only 100 yards from the cottages - why not organise your own "Wimbledon"! We also have a beach hut at our nearest beach which can be hired (£25 per day) for guests to use. It has a small paved area at the back of the hut as well as the prom on the front. The beach is very quiet with one cafe - The Fat Seagull and a sandy beach.
