Perfect for your escape to the country, a self-contained annexe set in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that is The Chilterns, yet only a short drive from the M40 motorway, London and Oxford. There is everything that you need, whether for overnight or a longer stay, with a well equipped kitchen. Come for the peace and quiet, admire the wildlife, explore the unspoiled countryside on foot or by bicycle or enjoy the wealth of top class local restaurants and tourist attractions. The space The accommodation is arranged as follows: Large open-plan ground floor living area with kitchen and dining space and a shower room. The common area has a sofa bed that sleeps one person comfortably. On the mezzanine floor above is a king size bed. On the top floor is an adjacent suite , with shower room, kitchenette and a bed that can be made up as one super king size or two single beds. There is a separate outside access to this suite should you wish to use it - perfect if two families are coming. Outside, you have ample parking and a private garden in which to relax. There is also a lockable shed for your bikes or muddy walking boots. Guest access The annexe is for your sole use. There is a small private garden to rear of the annexe with table and chairs, a gazebo for sunny days and a charcoal barbeque. We provide you with charcoal for your first barbeque. Please feel free to look at the chickens and help yourself to apples from the orchard in season or take a walk in our field, but always close any gate behind you to keep animals in and dogs out! Other things to note I will provide you with freshly-baked bread, butter, milk, teas and coffees for your breakfast. Please note that no parties of any kind, including wedding parties, are allowed at the property.
