Studio located on the 1st floor of a small house (unoccupied on the ground floor) in the heart of the Bergerac vineyard: Pécharmant, Monbazillac, Rosette. Lembras is 5 km from Bergerac Its geographical location allows the discovery of many tourist sites. In the village, pizzeria and bread depot (open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.). At the entrance to Bergerac, a supermarket (4.5 km) and a pharmacy (3 km). 5 min drive to Lake Pombonne: supervised swimming (free access) and hiking trails. The space Ideal for a couple, this 30 m2 home with a good ceiling height, has been fully renovated. It occupies the first floor of a small independent house located on our grounds (the ground floor is unoccupied sinceit is a shed). There are about fifteen steps to get into the listing. A first wooden terrace (on the same level as the accommodation) overlooks a small stream and will allow you to have your meals or simply rest: at your disposal 2 sun loungers, 1 table and two chairs. You can also enjoy another terrace on the garden level with a table, 2 chairs and barbecue. Parking in the shade will allow you to park your car close to the accommodation. Automatic lighting and back and forth allow easy access when it's dark. To accommodate you in the best conditions, you will find the necessary products (as much as possible of biological origin) to: - the kitchen (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, ...) - Breakfast (coffee, tea, chocolate powder, butter, homemade jam and milk). - the toilet (shower gel, shampoo, soap, etc.) - maintenance of the property. Coffee maker is a classic electric coffee maker with filters (provided) There is only one double bed (140cm). The sofa can possibly serve as an extra bed for one person (rather a child or young person!). The 2 velux and the home window are equipped with removable screens. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the accommodation is in the countryside and that despite all our attention, we cannot guarantee the absence of insects or spiders...It would by no means be a poorly done cleaning problem... There is no washing machine in the accommodation, but we provide our own washing machine, easily accessible, if needed. Guest access The park around the house is accessible and you can park your car under a covered awning. Outdoor lighting. Other things to note IMPORTANT - Sheets, towels and linen are included in the rate. - Housekeeping available during the stay: we offer a cleaning package at €10 (please specify when booking if you want to do the cleaning yourself or if you prefer it to be done for you). - A direct sale of organic vegetables takes place in the village (in the school parking lot) on Tuesday evening from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (L'Oasis du Bois Vert, Microferme located in Lembras) - The accommodation is located 8 min from the train station, 16 min from Bergerac airport, 12 min from the Domaine de la Fauconnie in Campsegret (weddings and seminars), 9 min from the CEF métiers de la santé et du social.
