It is a large enclosed garden that houses our guest house built independently of the main house, without joint ownership, nor facing each other. What characterizes it: a long, functional and comfortable living space whose interior surface is doubled on the outside, by a large private shaded terrace that unfolds on the Southeast facade equipped with large bay windows. See other options in the listing description. The space The guest house has an area of about 50 m2, all on one level. It is accompanied by a shaded outdoor terrace with a similar additional surface area. You will also have 1 parking space for your vehicle on the property, as well as keys to be independent. Planted outdoor spaces are not part of the rental. The guest house offers appreciated comfort in terms of thermal and sound insulation, heating or cooling. It consists of: - A sheltered entrance with coat rack, storage and recycling bin; - An independent living room forming a living room with sofa bed for 2 people on the one hand, and, on the other hand, a kitchenette with its dining area inside or outside, on the terrace; - You will have a Wi-Fi connection for your computer - A second independent room in continuity forming a bedroom with a 160 X 200 cm double bed, wardrobe and shelves; - An en-suite shower room with shower, furniture and sink with mirrors; - An independent toilet with toilet bowl. . OTHER OPTIONS ON REQUEST: - Baby crib: depending on the composition of your group, 1 baby crib can be installed for the baby, at no extra cost, the sheets remaining at your expense. - Telework space: depending on your needs, a worktop with desk lamp and seat can be installed before your arrival at no extra cost. - Fee for extra bed requested (1 double bed used per person): 25-Euro flat rate for the stay /to be paid to the host. - Fees for additional private parking: parking for a second vehicle is possible on the property for a fee of €25 for the stay/to be paid to the host. - Heated SPA on terrace for relaxation and the pleasure of hot tubs: according to your wishes and depending on the climatic conditions, the SPA can be prepared at your request against payment of the operating and maintenance costs to be paid to your host upon arrival: €35/day with a minimum of 2 days. Contact us for a decreasing cost in case of a longer period of use. Guest access Guests will have access to the private house and adjoining terrace. They will have access keys to the property for the duration of their stay. Other things to note Vers Pont du Gard is a small village that has a set of small shops such as: bakery, pharmacy, tobacco-press, cafes, restaurants, market, doctors, etc. It is also located 8 km from the historic center of UZES, its restaurants and shops, and the large weekly market of the famous Place aux Herbes.
