Beautiful home available for extended stay guests. Private room and bathroom available as well as gorgeous living room with a cozy fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen for use. The best home away from home IS a home! New and beautiful home is furnished with warm and cozy colors and comes with every amenity necessary to ensure a comfortable extended stay. All areas of the house are open to guests, in exception to the office, master bedroom and bathroom. The areas open are the main guest room and bathroom, a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room. I use Airbnb for work travel, and work from home when in town. I will interact with you as little or as much as you like. When home, I do telemedicine and keep pretty busy with work. The neighborhood is both extremely safe and family friendly. I have always really appreciated how quiet my location is. The neighborhood is very conveniently located between the two main highways in Oklahoma city, which means access quickly to both North, South and Central parts of town. The neighborhood is set away far enough from any traffic noise, that uninterrupted sleep is guaranteed. 'Restaurant Row' is just minutes from the house, as is the airport, downtown and many of the OKC attractions. Regular maintenance to the home such as an exterminator, heat and air servicing, house keeping during extended stays and a realtor who helps manage and maintain the home when I am away, WILL be given access to the house for regular servicing needs. Notice of scheduled entrances into the home will be provided in advance and consideration of tenants will be kept in mind. If the home isn't properly maintained both you and I miss out!
