The space This cozy 1st floor room has queen bed with a great view of the front garden. An additional air or foam twin mattress can be provided upon request. This room has a hall bath right next door off adjacent hallway that is used almost exclusively by this occupant. I have an 18 year old cat and 6 month old puppy as of January 2026. My cat is gentle, shy and welcomes petting. Please keep the door closed when entering an exiting the house to keep pets safe. Check out my other listing in same house. Light kitchen use entails simple cooking tasks like reheating meals, making small snacks and preparing light breakfasts. Full meal prep is not included in light kitchen use. Exceptions may be made for longer term guests (one week or longer) on a case by case basis. Feel free to enjoy your meals at the counter, dining room table or in your room. All common spaces are available as a courtesy including the living room, screened porch, kitchen and dining area and are not subject to specific Airbnb guidelines. During your stay I am available to answer any questions by phone or text at anytime. I like to interact with my guests as little or as much as they desire. A home manual in the home has lots of information about the area. Other things to note I have a sweet but very shy cat named Mocha snd a 6 month old puppy as of January 2026. In warm weather she stays out on the screened porch most of the time. She rarely ventures up to the front of the house. But if you're a cat whisperer, maybe you can entice her.
