This lovely property is conveniently located in one of the most exquisite suburbs of Kalamata "Kato Karveli", within a short distance from the main beach (11 km- Aprox. 15 min), the historical city center(9 km-Aprox. 10min) and the airport(12 km - Aprox. 11min) The space What makes my place special is that it is a modern villa in the suburbs of Kalamata. It's a house with all the modern amenities. At the foot of Taygetos without the noise of the city but only 10 minutes from it. Inside the natural landscape and with unlimited views of the Messinian Gulf at 450 meters altitude, 9 km from Kalamata. Two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that you can make into a king size bed. Another single bed and two sofas that can be used for sleeping. Two bathrooms. Fully functional kitchen with all utensils and machines for making coffee and food. Large terrace with unlimited views of the Messinian Gulf to create the most wonderful memories. Easy access to Kalamata beach in just 15 minutes for your swim or coffee. With many options for food and entertainment either in the city of Kalamata or in a beach restaurant or even in Taygetos, the mountain that has restaurants with traditional products. With the possibility of one-day excursions to Pylos, Methoni, Koroni, Voidokilia. Or to Mani, Gythio, Monemvasia and Mystras. You can also make nearby getaways to Taygetos in nature for a picnic near the river and get to know the villages up close. There's a lot more to see. You will be informed by the owner. Guest access Guests have at their disposal an entire house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 7 people, you can prepare in the large kitchen of the house from your morning coffee to dinner. Possibility of BBQ in the large garden which has a garden table, equipped terrace with large dining area and living room overlooking the Messinian bay.
