Holly Tree Cottage

A former weaver's cottage located in the heart of the village. It's a short stroll to the Black Bull Hotel, the Church, the Village Hall and a well-stocked Community Shop. Ideal base for walking, cycling, fishing, star gazing or exploring the area with its many castles and golf courses. Glasgow is only an hour away and the Isle of Arran is a perfect day out. The space We've two double bedrooms, one downstairs. Shower room is located downstairs. Kitchen is very well equipped: electric cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, stick blender, washing machine and a separate pantry with more utensils and fridge and freezer. Our sitting/diningroom has TV, basic Sky package, BT Sports, DVD player, films, books and games. Best of all it has a large open fire, perfect for cosy nights in. Guest access The whole house is for exclusive use of guests and a south-facing patio area (not enclosed) at the rear of the property. Other things to note Occasional noise from traffic. There is a back lane which is also a public right of way.
