Family house at traditional farm near Omaha Beach

You are staying in a former, completely renovated stable at our traditional farm, situated in a calm environment nearby the D-Day landing beaches. This cosy family house with private entrance has 3 spacious bedrooms (of which 2 family rooms) with each a private bathroom, a dining/living room with modern kitchen, a lot of outside space and playing possibilities for children. Fresh bread delivery and a meal might be possible on request, depending on season. Up to 10 persons (after consultation). The space The use of bed linen and towels is included in the price, as well as final cleaning and tourist tax. A deposit has to be paid at the moment of arrival. Depeding on season we can order fresh bread for you and prepare you a meal. This service is not included in the price and is only on request and after consultation of possibilities of the host. Each bedroom is very spacious, has a private bathroom, WiFi, (smart) TV and chairs. This is what makes our house comfortable…you are together with family or friends, but you also have a private place to create moments for yourself. The double room is situated downstairs, the two family rooms are on the first floor, to be reached by stairs. - 1 bedroom has a double bed and has facilities for disabled guests. This room is for 2 persons. - 1 (family) room has a double bed and a 'bed cabinet' for 2 children. For a family up to 4 persons. The ‘bed cabinet’ can be suitable for adults (after consultation of the host). - 1 (family) room has a double bed, a 1 person sofabed and a separate sleaping area for childeren with a double bed and a 1 persons bunk bed. For a family up to 5 persons. This family room can also be suitable for 4 adults (after consultation of the host). A cot can be added for babies/little kids. The family house has a spacious living area, where you can eat together at a large table. This area has a fully equipped, modern kitchen. There are seats and a sofa as well. There is free Wi-Fi. From this living/dining room with kitchen, you have direct access to an outdoor area, to eat or relax. It is allowed to barbecue or make a fire. It is not allowed to eat in the bedrooms. Smoking is forbidden in our house, so are e-cigarettes. We are sorry but dogs are not welcome. Please look at the pictures of the inner and outside spaces. If you have questions then send us a message, we are happy to answer them! Guest access At our terrain of 5 ha, our farm hosts also a small campsite (open from April till October). As a guest of our family house you can enjoy the many campsite facilities, like our cosy bar (if opened), playing facilities for your children (table-tennis, table-football etc.), picnic spots and other outside areas. We have several animals (among them a pony and a donkey). In certain periods/seasons we prepare joined meals (like galettes, burgers or pizza, all home-made) and sell ice creams. We rent bikes. Other things to note You can bring your horse if you would like to, we have stables and private fields. Please contact us before, to talk about our possibilities. A horse ride towards the beach takes about 40 minutes.
