My place is located at the 41st floor next to Roof Deck and SkyLounge Area. We are close to restaurants and dining, great views of Citylight, SM Centerpoint Sta. Mesa Shopping Mall, Gateway Mall Edsa Cubao, Araneta Coliseum, San Juan, Light Rail Transit2 V.Mapa Station, and Manila Downtown. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the ambiance, the high ceiling and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The space It was FULLY FURNISHED that is great for all. Guest access The listing is nearby Savemore and SM Centerpoint Sta Mesa, which you can enjoy malling, restaurants and many others. We also have Roofdeck to take panoramic picture and Skylounge that you can chillax. Other things to note PRE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT The Condominium Administration requires a foreign guests a copy of their passports, Local guests just need to provide a copy of a local ID, preferably issued by the government. After booking, please provide us also your flight details if you are flying in on your check-in day so my co-hosts can monitor your flight and plan your check-in in case there will be flight delays. CHECK IN/OUT Standard check-in starts at 3PM and check-out at 12 Noon. Self check out, Guest accepts full responsibility otherwise. Reminder also its written in the listing we can accomodate self check -in. There is a PHP100/hr for early check in charge before 3pm and PHP 100/hr charge for late check out fee after 12:00noon. TOWELS/LINENS There is an additional PHP250 fee for every new set of bedding and PHP50/towel to be paid to my co-host. USE OF POOL The Building administration charges a PHP150/person/day and PHP350/person during Holidays until further memo.
