Every one is welcome in our home. We have been hosting guests from around the world for over 7 years. Our goal is to make sure that when you are one of our guests, no mater how small or big you are you have a fab time. We offer an immaculate clean place, walking distance to sandy beach, magnificent sunsets. In a residential lane close to all attractions but away from the hassle of Pattaya city. And we are right on the baht route which you can hop on and for only 20 bht you are in Pattaya city. The space One of 7 private rooms in our home with its own private bathroom. Beautifully decorated with tokens from around the world, the blue and white colors and decor gives you a sense that you are in Greece. Walking distance to convenient stores, supermarkets , laundromats, pharmacies, restaurants and some of the main attractions in Pattaya. The room is good for couples or solo adventures. It has a queen King size and linen, a fridge, cable TV, your own hot water cattle, mugs and water glasses and hot water shower. And if you do not want to use the communal working space table you can use the table we provide you with in your room. We have 7 rooms available, if you are with a group of family or friends do get in touch with us for more room inquires. Guest access You are very welcome to use the sitting /garden area. Moreover our communal kitchenette is set up for you to prepare snacks or warm up food. A toaster, a hot water cattle, a juice mixer, a french coffee maker and a grill is provided in addition to all utensils and plates mugs and drinking glasses. The only thing we ask is for you to leave the area clean for other guests. Also if you like to read and forgot to bring a book do not worry just browse on the shelves, we have an "international' book selection, am sure you will find something to you reading taste. . During your stay All are welcome at Yiasu. We take very good care of each one of our guests, our goal is to ensure that you have a pleasant, relaxing time when you are with us, so you van come back or tell your friends about us. We live on the property so you have easy access to us for questions, information and trouble shooting. We always make ourselves available to you. Other things to note We provide our guests with 7kw per day complementary electricity. There is a charge of 10 bht for any additional units you use per day. All guests must be registered when you do your booking with us. There is a charge of 400bht per day for any outside guest or an unregistered guest.
