This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is centrally located. Ski check-in, restaurants, the mountaintop provisions market, and the Mountain Inn and conference center are all within an 8 minute walk. It's a one-story, downstairs unit that includes a back porch with just a few steps down to the ground. Perfect for taking the dog outside in the pet-friendly space. Full kitchen and dishes, wood-burning fireplace, balcony, and all towels and linens are provided for your convenience. Sleeps 3. The space You can't beat the prime location of this condo. Once you park the car (right in front on the building) you can walk to everything in the Mountain Inn area: skiing, The Market, two sit-down restaurants, A coffee bar and an assortment of shops are available inside the Mountain Inn. Even the tubing run and the kids' indoor gaming room are just a short hike down the hill at the Discovery Ridge Adventure Center. Guest access Home chefs will be happy to know we have plenty of pots and pans, a crock pot, conventional coffee maker, microwave, in-sink disposer, cookie sheets....and wine glasses! Free wi-fi is also included. While there is no land-line telephone, there access to streaming tv (Youtube TV) and several streaming apps that you can log onto with your own username (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, etc.). Note that there are two flights of steps (28 steps total) from the parking lot down to the front door. Other things to note While we do allow pets, the space is not huge. So guests with large dogs (over 70 lbs) or multiple dogs might not be a good fit for our place. Please let us know in your request to book if you have large or multiple dogs. Also, for liability reasons we do not permit any Pit Bull breed or Pit mixed breed on our property. We have already had one of our own pets mauled (but not killed, thankfully) by a Pit Bull who’s owner was on vacation, and we won’t do anything that would allow for the same thing to happen again, whether to our pets or to anyone else’s.
