Discreet Charm Apartment Center SPb

The house is in the historical center. Beautiful wooden floor and lots of air and space. Plants and a very big 100 years old family mirror which for sure gives character to the apartment. Very cosy. 4 min walk away from subway Technologicheskiy institute. bus+metro ~40 min from airport. Super convenient for travelers. Quiet street which is pretty special for a city center. the projector and record player are not there anymore. check in and check out time most of the time flexible. The space its 3d floor and no elevator. Please mind that the floor is old and its better to use slippers to avoid catching a wooden splinter. Guest access you are free to use all space around the appartment besides a closet where i store my private belongins. Other things to note Please dont walk in the apartment wearing street shoes. Please use slippers(i have them here for you) Please mind the step outside the apartment (the level of the apartment is higher then the level where the entry to the apartment is ) Please use electricity and water modestly!
