Christophe and Julie welcome you to a charming village house, completely restored with its unoverlooked patio and located in the pretty village of CIERP GAUD offering all amenities (including supermarket and bakery). Ideally located for all activities that are nearby: 1 km from the large Pyrénée Hô tree climbing park, 15 km from the first ski resort (Le Mourtis) and the Luchon thermal spa but also close to the most beautiful hikes. The space This carefully furnished house consists of: - a ground floor with a living room to spend good evenings with family and friends including sofa bed, flat screen, DVD player, Hi-Fi, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen with dining area overlooking its patio with garden table; - upstairs: a separate shower room with toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), a second bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), a bunk bed (sleeps 2 90 x 200) + a pull-out bed (90 x 200). You will find all amenities in the village within 1 km: bakery, supermarket, bars, restaurant, hairdresser, optician, beautician, florist... Other things to note Linens and towels are not provided and cleaning is not included. Bath mats, dish towels, new sponge and everything you need for cleaning will be provided.
