The space This is a long-time family home & we take great pride in hosting guest(s) & maintaining our neighborhood. We host up to 3 individuals guest(s) rooms at any given time. Note: we do not clean up after guest during their stay. We proved cleaning supplies so guest can clean up after themselves & also recommend a private cleaning service for guest. Please Note: the property is a shared space w/ other Airbnb Guest (professionals) & if guest do not clean up then the property will be dirty. We clean the property before guest-checkin & when guest refuse to clean after themselves - which are then reported directly to Airbnb (for other host FYI). Guest access Common spaces & designated rooms are accessible. During your stay Attentive & available via AirBnB for guest(s) questions or concerns. Property manager frequents property for upkeep & maintenance & is another great on-site resource for any questions, concerns & recommendations. Other things to note The property sits inside of a school zone - emergency calls, utilities & safety is prioritized… business travelers peace of mind! Something we don’t mention enough is we are on an “essential prioritized grid” which means our utilities are prioritized as a hospital, municipal services & schools, etc. This is very important to note because during major snowstorms or infrastructure failures - our property & guests had zero interruptions - during major storms & emergencies - this peace of mind is a luxury!
