Chesapeake Bay Beach Cottage

This cozy coastal cottage offers the ability to enjoy everything the Northern Neck has to offer including the reason we own it - Beach Days! No high rise hustle and bustle, just old school Northern Neck relaxation at the beautiful Chesapeake Bay. Unwind with books, games & toys or get out and do it all... Boating, (we have a brand new double boat ramp 1/4 ml from the house) Beach , Water Activities, History, Dining and more. Fully stocked kitchen & outdoor shower. We also have the fastest. WiFi. The space The beach is around the corner. The access is at the end of our street (photo of sunset) & down half a block to the right. From our porch you can see through the wooded area to the opening where the beach is located. Across from the house is the inlet where you can put in your Kayak if you bring one. If you are coming during the colder months we have a wood burning fireplace, duraflame fire logs only. Bring or purchase at food Lion or Dollar General. This house has 2 private bedrooms each with queen beds and a "bunk room" with full/full bunks* which is open to the Living Room and Dining Area. * Bunk beds have a weight limit of 200 lbs on top and 250 lbs on bottom bunk. NOT for Adult couples, but can fit two children each depending on weight. One full bath and large outdoor shower, with hot & cold water, Screened porch fireplace(fire logs only) & fire pit . Brand New 2020 Public double boat launch 1/2 mile away. Guest access Guest Access to full house, Shed with beach equipment, chairs, umbrella, bogie boards , tubes, etc. Golf cart , kayaks and boat are for owners use only.
