This listing is for primitive camping in a pasture near the Tuckaseegee River. We are developing a sustainable farm and currently have horses and goats. We are located within walking distance (10 min) of downtown Dillsboro, which has many nice shops and restaurants, and Sylva (40 min walk, 5 min drive) which is even larger. Campfires are allowed. Pets allowed on leash. There are primitive bathroom facilities (outhouse) and access to a well pump for fresh water. The space Parking is outside the pasture, about a minute walk. There is access to the Tuckasegee River for kayaking, tubing, or fishing. You can fish in the property pond. You must bring all your own camping gear: tent, bedding, lighting, everything.
