Independent cottage on fenced land of 1500 m2

The "P'tite maison" is a 25 m2 independent cottage on a 1500 m2 lot. It consists of an equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room where there are 2 beds (1 140 x 200 closet bed and 1 145 x 200 sofa bed). Everything was refurbished in the spring of 2017. Close to the Meygal forest, it is located 15 minutes from Puy en Velay, 40 minutes from St Etienne and 40 minutes from Les Estables. Baby equipment loan (upon request) Extra sheets: 20 euros per bed The space The accommodation is located in the former gardens of the Château de Saint-Hostien (the castle is just across the road). La P'tite Maison was originally used to store equipment needed to maintain the castle gardens. The walls are stone and the roof is slate. Our guests particularly appreciate the view of the countryside from the kitchen. Guest access The property is fully accessible to guests Other things to note You are requested to return the accommodation in the condition in which it was rented to you. However, we can offer a cleaning fee of 30 euros if you do not wish to do so. Early check-in or late check-out possible depending on other guests, ask us!
