Endless Summer Beach House

Endless Summer beach house is a beautiful private guesthouse in a secure complex on the beach in Faros area, in the traditional village of Pervolia. Fully renovated to a high standard, it offers a modern space in an idyllic setting. Whether you are a keen diver, cyclist, runner looking for an activity led holiday, a couple wanting a romantic and relaxing retreat, or a family looking for activities for the kids, this area has all that you need! The space Our house is located in Paleokastro Complex in the lovely Faros area. The house is split on two levels. The groundfloor boasts an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar area and most importantly a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother for those that need a cappuccino to get the day started :) The ground floor also includes a guest toilet and a private patio and garden area outside, with garden furniture and a pergola with adjustable coverage. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 2 has a small double bed. In the second bedroom we have included an adjustable sit/stand desk with an office chair for those that want to work from home during their stay. Both bedrooms have a/c units, wardrobe space and balconies. The bathroom includes a big walk-in shower with an option of rainwater shower and adjustable telephone head. The property is perfect for 4 people and very comfortable even with 5. The sofa-bed in the living room area is very easy to pull-out and becomes a double bed. Guest access Entire Place (including the patio and garden area) & private parking (for 2 cars) allocated in the building premises. Other things to note We can be flexible on our check in & check out times so please let us know of any particular timing requests in advance. We are committed to Airbnb's 5-step enhanced cleaning process and we also provide self check-in using our lock box at the property for minimal interaction. Smoking is only allowed outside the property (patio/garden and balcony area). If you happen to move things around during your stay; please make sure to put everything back into its place before you check out.
