Cozy & Chic Studio in Quezon City with NETFLIX

Location location location! It is located in the heart of Tomas Morato, a foodie place and awesome night life place in Quezon City. This is the reason why I love my place. It is very convenient and accessible . My place might be small it's only 20sq meter but it is with a cozy boutique feel studio that is perfect for your staycation or if you want a food adventure, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes surrounding the condo itself. The space My place is in Tower D of Mplace Condominium in Panay Avenue/ Mother Ignacia. You can use the entire place. It is a cozy and artsy studio with one toilet, a 47” smart TV with NETFLIX and a fully functional kitchen and a very nice lap pool and kiddy pool in the 2nd floor. The kids can also enjoy the playground besides the pool. Guest access Swimming Pool: needs to pay P150/use /guest for short-term stay for regular days and P300 for holiday. You need to get a pool coupon and pay in admin office (level 2 tower d). Admin office hours are 9am-12nn and 1pm-5pm. • Pool Opening Hours: 6am-10pm (adults) and 6am-6pm (kids below 12 years old). Bring your swimwear as they are strict with this. • Kids playground (level 2) • Jogging path and gazebos (level 2) • Beautiful Lobby with free wifi (ground floor ) • mailbox area (lobby ground floor) PARKING SPACE in Condo itself: •For cars - P60 for first 2 hours and P30 for consecutive hours.P300 for overnight parking from 1.30am- 6am then normal parking rate after that. • For motorcycle- P50 flat rate 24/7 Other parking options : National Bookstore Parking In crossing mall (5min Walk from condo) - For cars: P40 pesos for first 3 hours and P20 consecutive hours. This applies for nightly rate too. For motorcycle : P40 for first 12 hours and P10 succeeding hours. Tropical Hut (5 min walk from condo just opposite national bookstore ) - For cars : P100 pesos overnight up to 8am and P20 per hour consecutively. Other things to note I have fully functional kitchen (all kitchen utensils provided) if you need to cook and a washing machine. Kitchen: appliances and utensils provided: 1. Microwave 2.
