The Place: a comfort stay in Rome

Our property, consisting of 5 elegant and modern rooms, is designed to offer a unique experience of comfort, relaxation and refinement. Located in the heart of Rome, in the lively area of San Giovanni, it is the ideal starting point to explore the city, with easy access to the main points of interest and well connected to public transport. Each room is furnished in a contemporary and design style, with its own internal bathroom. The space The room is characterized by a modern and minimalist design. The king-size bed with an ergonomic mattress ensures perfect rest, while fine supplies and refined fabrics add a touch of luxury. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a rain shower and the shared living room offers a space to relax if you don't want to spend all your time in the room. Guest access Guests will enjoy their room with a private bathroom, like a hotel room but with the intimacy of an apartment. Our guests will have to go to Danny's bar in front of the property in Via Gallia 76, where they will be greeted by our staff, to show their documents and take the keys. During your stay For any communication, you can contact our staff through Airbnb or through the phone number you find in the reservation! Other things to note For early check-in before 3:00 p.m. or check-out after 10:00 a.m., we have a luggage storage room at Danny's bar in Via Gallia 76 (along the street) for a fee of 5 euros per piece of luggage.
