All bedrooms have been stylishly and functionally furnished and all beds are dressed in luxurious lines designed for a great night's sleep. Guest access This is the front house on a large lot with two fully private houses separated by a 6 foot fence providing privacy between the two houses and outdoor spaces.  The home includes private hot tub, private off-street parking (up to 2 cars), private entrance, private backyard with outdoor seating area. Two shared shared spaces in the middle of the property are the laundry room and hot water outdoor shower. Guests also have access to 2 Beach Cruisers (bikes), wagon, 2 beach chairs, and beach umbrella, high chair, pack n’ play and umbrella stroller. Other things to note This space is intended for use by respectful, clean, mature people and not to be used as a party space. Since we are in a neighborhood and children live next door, noise levels must maintain a respectful level and lowered after 10pm. This is a non-smoking property. Ocean Beach and the Point Loma area are in the SAN flight path. Luckily the San Diego airport does not allow jets to take off between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am and of course some days are busier than others. When a plane flys over we call it it the OB pause!
