Our single-level villa of 145 sqm with large volumes is located in Vic Le Comte 20 kms south of Clermont-Ferrand and close to the river allier. Ideally located in a green environment on the edge of the Puy mountain range and the Limagne fault, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Sancy massif (55min), the chain of puys (30 minutes) and Vulcania (45 minutes) are easily accessible. The space All amenities within a 5-minute walk, including the city center, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco, restaurants. The supermarket is located on the outskirts less than a 5-minute drive away. On a quiet street, you will find a semi-in-ground pool of 6 m X 4 m and 1.20 m deep (heated if conditions permit), 1 swing, a trampoline (not accessible in winter), all on a 900 m² pleasantly wooded plot. But also a barbecue, garden furniture, private driveway that can accommodate 2 cars, all secured by an automated gate. This house is our main residence and you will feel at home here. Inside you will have access to a games room on the mezzanine, a large 55 m² living room with open kitchen as well as a master suite with shower room and private toilet. The market is held in the town every Thursday on Boulevard du Jeu de Paume in Vic from 8am to 12:30pm. You will find fresh and varied products, fruits and vegetables, seafood, cheese, rotisserie, fishmonger... But also the Issoire market (15-min drive) is the second most important market in Puy-de-Dôme. Every Saturday morning, producers and traders set up from Place de la République to Place de la Montagne via Rue Berbiziale. The extra single bed is on the mezzanine (be careful: no curtains at the window) Cleaning is included in the rental price; however, the premises are expected to be returned in a “clean” condition. If you are not in too much of a hurry when you leave, the sheets should be removed from the beds. There is a free electric car charging station at the Super U 2 min away.
