Enjoy staying at this centrally-located, yet peaceful, annexe in Lympstone, a 3 minute walk from the estuary, cycle path, train station and local pubs. It is an ideal bolthole for exploring this beautiful part of Devon. The annexe has been designed as a unique, calm space with characterful charm and features throughout including exposed wooden beams and woodwork and thoughtfully sourced furnishings, paintings and interiors. The space The annexe is attached to our family home. It has its own front door and parking in the drive. Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining (table for two) and sitting room space. The contemporary kitchen includes an under the counter Smeg fridge, 2 ring Bosch induction hob and electric oven. Baking trays and other cooking utensils are supplied. There is a comfortable sofa and small television in the corner along with a selection of coffee table books. Large sliding doors lead onto a small terrace overlooking the garden. Upstairs there is a charmingly appointed bedroom with a king size bed, antique chest of drawers, hanging rail and views across the garden and glimpses of the estuary and Powderham Estate. In the ensuite there is a large walk in-shower. Organic shower gel and hand wash is also supplied. Guest access Parking at the front of the property in a private drive. Other things to note There is a sofa bed for two extra guests (ideal for older children) in the sitting room if needed. Black out blinds provided.
